1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 clove garlic
2-4 teaspoons fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
black pepper, optional
Blend all in Vitamix until smooth. Store in fridge.
If you don't like the spiciness of raw garlic, substitute garlic powder.
