Maple Pistachio Brussels Sprouts

2 cups Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
2 T raw pistachios, powdered in coffee mill
2 T maple syrup 
2 T virgin olive oil
Fresh cracked pepper medley
Sea salt 

Mix all. Wilt in dehydrator 30-60 minutes. Or blanch in boiling water 10 seconds.
