Raw Vegan Egg Salad


1 cup raw cashew butter (or 1 ½ cups chopped avocado
1/4 cup water
2 T yellow mustard or raw mustard
2 T raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder (or fresh pressed)
1/4 t turmeric powder
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Kala Namak (Indian Black Salt) gives egg taste, to taste

Blend all in mini food processor until smooth. Pour over:

Bell peppers, diced 
Onion, minced
Mini button mushrooms
Sunflower seeds

Optionals toss ins:
Celery
Carrot
Hemp seeds
Dill
Raw Pickles
