Quick RAW Kelp Noodles with Broccoli Pesto

Kelp noodles, drained and rinsed

Combine with blended:

1/2 cup broccoli or broccoli leaf such as Kai-lan
1 garlic clove, crushed
1-2 T olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste 

Add processed taco meat:
1 T walnuts
1 T sunflower seeds 
1 t Nama soyu or braggs, to taste
1/2 t cumin, to taste 

Top with:
Tomato 
Mashed avocado 
Pepitas
