Corn and Radish Salad



raw corn kernals from 3-4 ears
6 radishes, sliced
2 teaspoons cumin
juice of one lime
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup olive oil
pepper to taste
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1/2 cup celery leaves, chopped


Mix all in bowl. Let marinate room temp for 1/2 hour.
